CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: We require 48 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service, and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100%. Late Arrivals: If you’re 10 minutes late, your service may be adjusted. At 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled with a 50% fee.
